Return and exchanges
Don't worry, be HAPPY! We accept refunds and exchanges! If for some reason you're unhappy with your new purchase or it was damaged in transit, Katz Kollective will do its best to make it right. You will have the option to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. Katz also stands behind the quality of her jewelry. If for some reason you need a repair, we will cover the cost of all manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to personal use (dropped etc.), Katz will charge a small, but reasonable fee (often just the cost of shipping).
We offer full refund 7 days of receiving your package. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the returned amount. Please contact us before sending your return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When the return shipment is received, Katz will notify you within 3 business days of the return approval and a credit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Katz will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Please contact us before sending an item back for exchange.
